I spent a perfect day at Showa Kinen Park enjoying the tulips with my littlest...
Pictures cannot do this place justice in the spring...the cherry blossoms, poppies, tulips, azaleas, dogwood, and daffodils are just arranged in a way that is truly incredible.
We also spent another afternoon doing hanami under the cherry blossoms at Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo. Hanami is literally 'cherry viewing' in Japanese, and families have picnics in the parks under the blossoms. It is a tradition here I really love.

While at Shinjuku we also geo cached, and found this hidden treasure after ALOT of hunting!
We are still enjoying perfect spring weather here if anyone wants to come visit!
